The chairman of the academy's Department V, Björn Körlof, has written a comprehensive book (342 pages!) entitled "Contingency law. Total defence issues in public administration and industry", which was recently published by Norstedts Juridik. The book is a comprehensive review of several of the topics relating to total defence, primarily civilian parts, and touches on several of the problems that exist both legally and in terms of planning when these parts of total defence are now to be quickly rebuilt.
A book with this subject focus and with this depth of knowledge has long been missing and will be needed as support in several parts of society where these issues need to be penetrated. It has already received very good reviews and is recommended as a textbook at university level. Knowledge about total defense needs to be spread widely in society and this book is highly recommended for purchase and reading.
