To participate in the Academy's online gatherings, you must register with your name and email address. We need this to be able to give you access to the gathering. The information is saved in the Academy's accounting for each activity together with all other information related to the activity.

To download publications, you must provide an email address to which we will send the digital file. The information is saved for internal statistics and in some cases for information about newly published books and publications published by the Academy. In cases where you receive emails from the Academy, you can always request that your email address be removed from our list.

We do not use your information for any purposes other than those stated above and we do not pass it on to third parties.
